I had this unit installed a few weeks ago. First of all, it looks AMAZING (if installed by a professional who knows what they are doing).
The shower head has good pressure and a nice even flow. the handheld unit also has nice pressure - to be honest, its nice to have it, but not sure if its actually useful in showering.... Still good to have especially to clean the shower area.
note: they both CAN work at the same time just very little pressure from each one that way...
the ONLY problem I have encountered with this unit so far is that the chrome rod that connects the shower head to the actual water pipe - is not made well.. When my contractor tried to screw it in the pipe, the threaded portion broke off.... I was going to find a replacement part but he was able to somehow weld it on, though it took some effort...

In general, I'd get this again.. I will update after a few months of use to see how it is.

Updated review ... got a message from Becky which offered very professional assistance in improving the situation somehow healing the bad feeling with the problem described below, it is always important for a costumer to know there is people that cares on the other side of the internet.
She also offered the try to make sure specs are properly described so other customers are aware of the installation details.

Great finishing and design, problem the threats are not US standard, may be milimetric and not easy to find in my area, I had to replace the shower arm and elbow as they wont fit.
Fittings are attached to the square arm with left rotation threads so when you try to tight the arm to the pipinf (right threads) the fitting gets loose.
This specifications are not described in the product description at least they should suggest the right wall and roof fittings.

I was amazed on how it was individual packed. Looks very nice and good quality. I had to give it a four star because of the instructions are not very clear. Both shower handle and ceiling shower head are on at the same time not able to turn one or the other off. We're having to call plumber again to come fix it.

Everything was good except the elbow for hh. It won't thread. Plumber said the threads were bad. Can't contact seller. Please email asap

I have not installed it as yet, but if the looks and heft were a good indicator, it really looks very nice.

Don't buy this product, water flow is slow where the description claim it has 4 Gallons per min not true, beside we found the hard way that buying Chinese made product over the internet are not compatible with American standard. on the top of this instruction are hardly ever found and if found they are very brief and low on information.

good quality valve and shower head but the hand wand is cheap plastic.

Good quality valve but the threading on the fixtures are not American standard I am thinking. This is a huge inconvenience as I’m having my bathroom remodeled. This should be in the description of the product.
