Mesmo com a HBO Max no Brasil, The Flash ainda chega na Netflix por conta do acordo da plataforma com a CW, emissora original da série da DC. A previsão é que a sétima temporada do seriado do Arrowverso chegue entre dezembro de 2021 e janeiro de 2022 por aqui.
A demora é maior por conta da pandemia do coronavírus (covid-19). Nos EUA, a transmissão original da sétima temporada de The Flash chegou ao fim apenas em julho de 2021.
Esse fim, anteriormente, seria mostrado em março, se não fosse a pandemia. Com isso, levando em conta o funcionamento para a série da DC ser disponibilizada, os episódios devem chegar no final do ano ou começo de 2022 no Brasil.
Na sétima temporada, Barry Allen volta após os eventos de Crise nas Infinitas Terras. Um dos vilões do ano na DC é o Godspeed.
The Flash já tem oitava temporada confirmada
Ao mesmo tempo, The Flash está com a oitava temporada confirmada na DC. O desenvolvimento da trama já está em andamento.
Os membros do elenco original de The Flash, Jesse L. Martin, Candice Patton e Danielle Panabaker, fecharam novos acordos com a produtora da série, Warner Bros. Television, para continuar no seriado em sua vindoura oitava temporada, de acordo com o Deadline.
O trio se junta ao astro Grant Gustin, que interpreta Barry Allen/Flash, cujo contrato atual já vence na próxima temporada. Os contratos de Martin, Patton e Panabaker terminaram no final da sétima temporada.
Os outros dois membros do elenco original de The Flash, Tom Cavanagh e Carlos Valdes, abandonaram o elenco durante a sétima temporada.
The Flash teve início em 2014. A série se tornou uma das maiores audiências da CW, o que ajuda a explicar a sua longa duração. No Brasil, The Flash está agora disponível na Netflix.

The Flash is back for its eighth season on The CW and will be coming to Netflix in multiple Netflix regions either weekly or shortly after the show has wrapped up. Here’s an updated release schedule for season 8 of The Flash on Netflix.
Based on the DC comic book, The Flash is still one of The CW’s biggest and oldest shows on the network starting back in 2014. We’ve seen many of the older Arrowverse shows come to a close with The CW shifting to a new era of characters including Naomi, Superman, and Batwoman none of which come to Netflix.
If you’re brand new to Arrowverse or looking to rewatch in order, refer to our huge guide on how to watch the Arrowverse on Netflix. Of course, the Arrowverse has mostly wound down now, with The Flash the only show still ongoing into the 2022/23 season with season 9 confirmed.
When will The Flash season 8 be airing on The CW?
The Flash isn’t delayed into midseason like it was for season 7 given production delays but it didn’t return to its regular slot.
Instead, new episodes have begun airing as of November 16th. It kicks starts with the long-awaited Armageddon Crossover event which covers the fifth graphic novel.
The show’s eighth season will run for 20 episodes. The show started its 5 episode run on The CW before heading into a break. Episode 6 began airing from March 9th onwards with the finale set for June 29th, 2022.
When will The Flash season 8 be on Netflix US?
Let’s begin with the United States as that’s where the largest audience for What’s on Netflix lies.
In the US, the show still comes to Netflix via a prior output deal Netflix struck with The CW. This deal (which ended in 2019), means that all shows will come to Netflix for the lifetime of the show plus 5 years. The deal also brings shows to Netflix around 8 days after their season finale airs.
In June 2022 we got confirmation that the show will be coming to Netflix in the exact manner as outlined above with all episodes of season 8 confirmed to release on July 7th, 2022.
This date is subject to change we’ll likely have updates as to get towards the release date.
Many Netflix Regions Will Receive Weekly Episodes of The Flash Season 8
Elsewhere, Netflix gets weekly episodes of The Flash. That includes locations such as The Netherlands, Greece, Israel, Belgium, Romania, Slovakia, Portugal, and Canada.
If you’ve received weekly episodes in the past, you will again in 2021/2022 as well. New episodes air on Tuesdays in the United States and will drop on Netflix on the following Thursday morning.
Some regions, according to Unogs, are still waiting for season 7 to be added which is expected to happen in late 2021 or early 2022.
